Roundhay Leeds

Our brief was to remodel the rear half of the ground floor to create a large open plan kitchen diner and media area. A separate training room with walk in shower and fitted sauna was created off the main dining area taking you through to a lower level  garage.

Architectural detailing included the use of slim-line profile aluminium bi-fold doors and windows, with a covered area created by the use of warm cedar panelling providing the traditional Victorian dwelling with a contemporary feel by maximising the use of natural and designed lighting.
